The CEP is a four-week course for aspiring customer education leaders to prepare to build and lead a customer education function at a fast-growing software company that drives growth, increases product adoption, and improves customer loyalty.

Each week, you will cover the following topics:

  • Week 1: Customer Education Strategy - Design a customer education strategy

  • Week 2: Developing Course Offerings - Develop course offerings that suit your customer needs

  • Week 3: Go-To-Market Plan - Create a go-to-market plan to package, pricing, market, and/or sell your course offerings

  • Week 4: Understanding and Implementing Your Learning Technology Stack- Understand and build your learning technology stack

Each week you will have a combination of self-paced pre-work, a recorded virtual instructor-led course, and post-work assignments. To get the most out of this course you will need to complete the work assignments each week. Expect to spend approximately three hours on the assignments and live session each week (~12h effort in total).

There is a final assessment as part of this course. When you complete and pass the final assessment you will earn a certificate of completion.
